I was trying to send flowers to my niece in Mexico City from France. Little did I know she would be away and not around for the delivery. ABC really went above and beyond to ensure her bouquet reached her home, so she can enjoy it when she returns. They were super polite and friendly, providing top-notch customer service. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend in Buenos Aires. They showed up right on schedule, and the delivery guy hung around to make sure everything went smoothly. I chose the Florists Choice arrangement, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The way it was put together and wrapped was top-notch; I couldn't have wished for a better present.

Had a really good experience, the flower is super pretty. I’d suggest you consider adding more stuff to the site, like gift baskets, coffee, chocolates, balloons, and a bunch of other goodies.

The delivery service was quite professional. I wasn't sure about the exact location for the delivery. The managers reached out and updated the address. All in all, I'm really pleased with the quality of the service.

I placed an order for a funeral flower arrangement on the same day as Mother’s Day in Mexico, 5/10/22. Right after I made the order with abcFlora, I received an email asking for additional details. They mentioned they would do their utmost to fulfill my order for 5/10/22, but there might be some challenges due to the holiday. However, they truly went above and beyond… not only was the funeral flower arrangement delivered punctually, but it was also a stunning presentation! The quality was wonderful, and they inscribed our heartfelt message on a large bow fabric, which added a special touch to the arrangement. Our family was able to read our loving words as they walked by the casket, and it was just perfect! Huge thanks to abcFlora for being reliable and providing such excellent service!

I placed an order two days back that was supposed to arrive yesterday, as they said. I made the payment, but there’s been no word on the delivery to the recipient. This is just plain wrong and feels like a scam from ABCFLORA.COM. They haven’t replied to any of my emails or provided any updates on my order or a tracking number. So, my advice to anyone who stumbles upon this site is to just keep moving. Don’t buy anything from them because they’re a scam. I paid with Bitcoin, so just save yourself the hassle and find a better site than ABCFLORA.COM.

They really gotta work on their communication. I waited five days and had to complain here and on WOT just to get a reply. THEY DID MAKE IT UP TO ME WITH FREE CHOCOLATE, though. But on their chat, they said they'd 'respond immediately,' which definitely didn’t happen.

The communication was really bad. It took them a few days to respond to my order, even though they said they would "reply immediately" (and I'm still waiting on those messages). They went ahead and did more than what I asked without me even saying anything. I tried to get a refund, but they claimed they did more than I requested. I never told them to keep going until I couldn't get my money back. Now, the flowers and chocolates I ordered haven't shown up, and I'm left without a refund. Even now, I can't get a reply to my emails. I reached out last week to see if they were still working on it, but no response yet. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
